Conclusion of the diving training course organized in Kyrgyzstan

The diving training course, organized under the auspices of the International Civil Defence Organisation (ICDO), concluded in Kyrgyzstan with the participation of the ICDO’s International Relations Delegate and the Head of the Training Center.

The course culminated in the awarding of a Level 2 diver certificate. First Lieutenant Bouali Houssam Saifeddine, representing the Algerian Civil Defence, was among only four divers to successfully complete the course.
