A delegation from the General Directorate of Civil Protection is on a working visit to the Republic of Romania
A delegation from the General Directorate of Civil Protection participated in a working visit to Romania, aimed at strengthening international cooperation and exchanging expertise in disaster and crisis management. The visit aimed to learn from the Romanian experience in prevention, rapid response, and coordination among the various agencies involved during crises.
The visit included technical meetings and field demonstrations, during which knowledge was shared regarding intervention mechanisms, early warning systems, and risk reduction strategies. The visit also provided an opportunity to develop partnerships and align perspectives on best practices in responding to natural and industrial disasters.
This initiative is part of the General Directorate of Civil Protection’s efforts to enhance its operational capabilities and improve the readiness of its intervention teams to effectively and efficiently address various emergency challenges.
