Monitoring by the General Directorate of Civil Protection of the progress of interventions to extinguish forest fires

As part of the ongoing operational monitoring of forest fire response efforts across several provinces, the Director of Organization and Operations Coordination at the General Directorate of Civil Protection, accompanied by central officials and the commander of the National Training and Intervention Unit in Dar El Beida, traveled to the provinces of Bejaia and Jijel to assess the progress of operations on the ground.

They also reviewed the mobilization of personnel and operational resources, and the level of coordination between the various units involved.
