Conclusion of specialized training on rope access techniques for industrial facilities at the Russian-Armenian Center.

As part of efforts to enhance the capabilities and skills of Civil Protection personnel in intervention and rescue operations, a specialized training course on rope techniques for industrial facilities has concluded. The training took place at the Russian-Armenian Center under the supervision of the International Civil Protection Organization.

Major Hakim Toubach, Head of the Main Civil Protection Unit for the Bordj Bou Arreridj Province, represented the Algerian Civil Protection service. He participated in this specialized program, which aims to facilitate the exchange of expertise and strengthen competencies regarding rescue and intervention operations within industrial facilities.
