Organizing a training course in the field of management and operations leadership, third level 3 GOC

As part of the implementation of the 2025 training, skills development, and staff refresher plan, the Deputy Director of Operations, Lieutenant Colonel Habibi Karim, along with the Director of the National Civil Protection School Annex in Algiers, Lieutenant Colonel Menache Mourad, the Head of the Studies and Programs Office, Major Beloura Nabil, the Head of the Intervention Office, Captain Debbi Anwar, and other Civil Protection officers, inaugurated a five-day training course in Operations Management and Command (Level 3 GOC), starting on November 16, 2025. This course is designed for heads of main units.

The training course commenced smoothly, with all necessary human and material resources provided.

This course was launched at both the National School Annex in Oum El Bouaghi and Mostaganem.
