1/ The complete application files must be submitted within fifteen (15) working days starting from the date of the first announcement of the competition.
In daily newspapers written at the level of the General Directorate of Median Protection / Directorate of Personnel and Training.

File composition:
– Written request to participate in the competition,
– One (1) copy of the valid national identity card.
– A copy of the required qualification or certificate, which must be attached to the transcript of grades related to the candidate’s academic or training path.
– An information form bearing the official website of the General Directorate of Public Service www.dgfp.gov.dz, which is filled out by the candidate (Form No. 2)
– Work certificates proving the professional experience acquired by the candidate in the specialization, accompanied by an affiliation certificate issued by the Social Security Authority for professional experience acquired in the private sector, if necessary
– A certificate proving the duration of work performed by the candidate within the framework of contracts related to the professional or social integration programs for certificate holders, as a contractor, where applicable.
– A document proving a supplementary training higher than the certificate or qualification required to participate in the competition in the same specialization, If necessary,
– A document proving the work or studies completed by the candidate in the same specialization, if necessary
– A document proving the candidate’s superiority in his cohort, if applicable.
– National service card, if required
– Residence certificate,
– Extract from birth certificate.
– Two medical certificates (2), (a general medicine certificate from a general practitioner, and a chest diseases certificate from a chest diseases specialist), proving the candidate’s eligibility to occupy the required position.
– Family certificate, for married candidates,
– Two solar images (2),
2/ Candidates finally accepted into recruitment competitions must complete their candidacy files: with a copy (1) of a certificate proving the candidate’s status towards national service, valid.
Important note: Any file that is missing or deposited after the specified date will not be taken into consideration.
