Conclusion of the training course in the field of leadership and operations management – third level (GOC. 3)

As part of efforts to enhance the operational capabilities of Civil Protection officers and develop their leadership and operational management skills, a training course on Leadership and Operational Management—Level 3 (G.O.C. 3)—has concluded. The course was hosted in the provinces of Mostaganem and Sétif from October 4 to 8, 2026.
Technical advisors across various specialties participated in the course, receiving both theoretical instruction and practical guidance. The training aimed to strengthen their leadership and operational coordination capabilities, improve intervention management methods, and elevate readiness and effectiveness in responding to various hazards and incidents.
These training courses align with the General Directorate of Civil Protection’s initiatives to develop human resources and enhance the competence of operational personnel, thereby ensuring improved field performance and effective responses to various emergency situations.
