The Director General of Civil Protection, Colonel Boualem Boughlaf, on his own behalf and on behalf of all officers and personnel of the Algerian Civil Protection, extends his deepest condolences and heartfelt sympathy to the Director General of the National Office of Civil Protection of the Republic of Tunisia, and to all members of the Tunisian Civil Protection, following the tragic deaths of Civil Protection officers Ridha Hadji and Rachdi Bouallag, who perished in a traffic accident while performing their noble duty of fighting forest fires in the Kef Governorate.
As we mourn the loss of these two martyrs, we recall with immense pride and admiration their ultimate sacrifice in protecting lives and property, affirming that the men and women of the Civil Protection in Algeria and Tunisia share the same noble humanitarian duty and the same spirit of sacrifice and dedication.
