Minister of Interior, Local Authorities and Transport, supervises the activities of the national maneuver in the state of Bouira SEISEMEX 2026
The Minister of the Interior, Local Authorities and Transport, Mr. Said Saïoud, oversaw the launch of the field exercises, in order to assess the readiness of the various intervention detachments, and evaluate the level of operational coordination between the structures deployed, within the framework of strengthening response capabilities to confront major risks and potential disasters.
National Exercise – SEISMEX 2026
– First point:
Visiting the Exercise Activation Directorate and reviewing the operational procedures and mechanisms for monitoring and executing the exercise scenario.
– Second point:
Visiting the Central Command Center, where explanations were provided regarding the command and control system and methods of coordination between the various sectoral command centers.
– Third point:
Visiting the Media Cell and reviewing the mechanisms for media coverage and ensuring the smooth flow of information and institutional communication during the exercise.
– Fourth point:
Visiting the Advanced Veterinary Center dedicated to monitoring the health of the canine unit and ensuring its operational readiness during the various phases of the exercise, in order to maintain the safety of the equipment deployed for intervention.
– Fifth point:
Inspecting some of the support and initial intervention detachments and reviewing their operational readiness, level of equipment, and field coordination for dealing with various emergency situations according to the exercise scenario.
– Sixth point:
Inspecting the sectoral command centers and reviewing their workflow, decision-making mechanisms, and operational coordination with the Central Command Center, ensuring efficiency and harmony in managing the exercise.
– Point Seven:
Inspecting the various detachments and specialties, reviewing their field organization, the readiness of the human and material resources deployed, and the level of coordination between the different specialties, in order to ensure the effectiveness of the intervention and the speed of response.
